The PPC Vibe AI Engine

An AI operating system for PPC. Fourteen years of senior judgement, productised — so a solo founder delivers what a four-person agency team used to.

Built on 14 years of senior judgement — earned across the UK's leading agencies & brands. This experience powers the decision making of an AI System which runs across Google & Microsoft Ad Accounts.

The problem with how PPC is sold today

Most agencies charge £3,000 to £5,000 a month so they can pay a junior account exec to run the day-to-day, a senior to talk to you once a month, and a director to close the deal.
You're paying for hierarchy.

PPC doesn't need hierarchy any more. AI handles the manual work that used to justify a junior team — keyword pulls, bid monitoring, ad copy variants, competitor scans, reporting. Senior judgement is still senior judgement. That's what The PPC Vibe AI Engine separates: the work that machines now do well, from the work that still needs fourteen years of pattern recognition.

Six Roles. One Operator. One Bill.
Every retainer account gets a stack of AI-driven roles that I oversee. Here is what each one does:

Analytics Lead

Spots what changed before you have to ask.

Pulls data across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4 and Search Console, flags anything that's shifted past a threshold overnight, and surfaces the root cause — CPC, CTR, impressions, conversions.

My call: decide what's signal vs noise, and what to act on.

Google Ads Strategist

Finds where your next gains are hiding.

Structured keyword expansion against your conversion data, bid tests within a framework I approve, ad-copy variants, and search-term mining for new keywords and negatives.

My call: set priorities, approve every test before it goes live, decide what to kill.

Performance Watchdog

Catches problems before they cost you.

Projects end-of-month spend daily, and monitors CPA drift, ranking changes, disapproved ads and broken conversion tracking — alerting me before they become a problem.

My call: respond when the alert's real, ignore the noise, tune the thresholds over time.

A/B Test Engine

Proves what works and kills what doesn't.

Every ad-copy test, landing-page variant and bid-strategy comparison runs through a defined framework with a pre-agreed kill threshold. No tests left live indefinitely.

My call: design the test, write the hypothesis, decide what we learn.

Competitor Watcher

Watches your rivals so you don't have to.

Pulls every ad your competitors run across Google and Microsoft, tracks your impression share week-over-week, and surfaces patterns from months of their activity.

My call: judge which gaps are worth chasing, which are traps, and where you're losing ground.

Reporting Producer

Keeps your numbers live, 24/7.

Builds and maintains a live Looker Studio dashboard, plus a monthly narrative of what happened, what worked, what didn't, and what's next.

My call: write the strategic commentary, take the monthly call, decide what we change.

What the engine doesn't do

Some things aren't the engine's job — they're mine.

It doesn't decide your strategy

Whether a vertical's worth pursuing, whether your economics support a price test, whether a competitor's a real threat or a bluff — those are senior calls. I make them.

It doesn't take your monthly call

We talk live every month — strategy, trade-offs, priorities. That's where the real decisions happen, not in a dashboard.

It doesn't replace honesty

Every report flags real-money revenue versus platform-reported conversions. Where AI did the heavy lifting, I'll tell you. Where I overrode it, I'll tell you why.

83%

35%

But the same study found those gains evaporate without strong human oversight — automated decisions need someone senior interpreting them. That's the gap most "AI agencies" miss.

They use AI to save their team time. I use AI so a one-person operation delivers what a team used to.

The work behind the system

Fourteen years of proof, and the next chapter being written now.

FAQ

  • Does AI replace PPC specialists?

No — it replaces the manual work that used to justify a junior team: keyword pulls, bid monitoring, anomaly checks, reporting. The senior judgement — what to test, what to kill, what a result actually means — stays with me. The AI does the legwork so my time goes to the decisions.

  • What happens if AI makes a mistake?

Nothing goes live unsupervised. The engine surfaces opportunities and flags anomalies, but I approve every test, change and budget call before it runs. If it flags noise, I ignore it; if it's wrong, I catch it, there is always a layer of senior human oversight.

  • How is this different from a traditional agency?

You get one senior operator running your account directly — no director who sold the deal, no senior who only talks to you monthly, no junior doing the actual work. No hierarchy, no markup on media, no handovers. The AI does the work a junior team used to, so you get senior-level delivery at well below agency cost.

  • Can you take on big accounts?

Yes — I've managed budgets from £1,000 to over £1M a month at agency level. The engine scales the monitoring and analysis, so account size isn't the constraint. The deliberately small roster is — I keep client numbers low so every account gets senior attention.

  • Why is the roster small?

Because senior attention is the product. The AI handles the volume work, but the judgement is mine, and there's a limit to how many accounts one operator can think hard about. I deliberately keep my client roster small in order to deliver a higher level of service.

  • How would this actually work on my account?

On a 30-minute Strategy Call I'll walk you through exactly how I'd run your account — the daily monitoring, the structured testing, the live dashboard you'd get, and where my judgement comes in versus what the engine handles. No deck, no pitch — just a clear picture of how it works and whether there's a fit.
