PPC Management
Google & Microsoft Ads, managed directly by me
Ongoing, senior-led paid search for established businesses. I own the strategy, the decisions and the day-to-day changes in your account — supported by the PPC Vibe AI Engine, and accountable to your commercial results, not platform vanity metrics.

The problems senior management is built to fix
These usually point to strategy, measurement, account structure or the commercial inputs behind the ads — not a lack of activity. And where the real limiting factor sits outside the ad account, I’ll tell you that directly rather than paper over it with more changes.
Costs rising faster than results
Spend keeps climbing, but leads, sales or profit aren’t keeping pace with it.
Cheap conversions, poor customers
Google logs plenty of conversions; your sales team sees low-quality enquiries and thin revenue.
Scaling that breaks efficiency
Every time you raise budget, CPA climbs or ROAS slips — so growth starts to feel risky.
Performance Max you can’t see into
Budget disappears into a black box with no clear read on what is genuinely working.
Tracking you can’t trust
If the conversion data is wrong, every optimisation built on top of it is wrong too.
Reports without a diagnosis
Plenty of dashboards and activity; no straight answer on what to change next, or why.
What ongoing management actually includes
Everything needed to run the agreed paid-search scope, to one senior standard — no lower service tier, no important features held back.
Strategy and full account ownership — I set the direction and I’m accountable for it.
Search, Shopping and Performance Max , wherever each genuinely earns its place.
Microsoft Ads where the audience and economics justify it.
Search-term, bidding and budget management — the weekly hands-on work.
Conversion tracking and measurement built on real commercial outcomes.
Structured testing — deliberate experiments, not random changes.
A live 24/7 dashboard plus a short written snapshot each week.
A monthly review focused on commercial results, not activity.
Google-led paid search, extended to Microsoft where it earns its place — never added just to lengthen the list.
Ad copy and creative direction are included. Image and video production, multi-market builds, advanced CRM or feed integrations, and substantial tracking development are scoped and quoted separately.
The platform metric isn’t always the business outcome
More conversions only matter when they become better customers. Where the data allows, I connect campaign decisions to what happens after the click — not just what Google counts inside the platform.
- Qualified leads, not every form fill
- Cost per qualified lead
- Appointments, opportunities and closed sales
- Revenue and customer value by campaign and search intent
- Purchase revenue and a commercially viable ROAS
- New-customer acquisition where measurable
- Product and category performance
- Whether extra spend creates incremental, profitable demand
The exact commercial measures are agreed during onboarding and built into your reporting and optimisation — so the account is steered toward what actually makes you money, not whichever conversion is easiest for Google to generate.
No account managers. No media markups. Just senior PPC.
Senior judgement, sharpened by better systems — and pointed at profit, not platform metrics.
Direct senior ownership
The person setting your strategy is the one in the data, making the calls and accountable for the result. No account handlers, no junior hand-offs.
In practice: faster decisions, less lost between people, and one person accountable for the outcome.

AI accelerates the monitoring, analysis and reporting underneath — while every decision and change stays with me.
In practice: more of your account gets monitored and investigated — without delegating the analysis to junior staff.
How the AI Engine works →The Conversion Signal Multiplier
I make sure Google is learning from real commercial outcomes — qualified leads, sales and revenue — not easy conversions.

You picked up a poorly performing account and, with your background, got it into shape and focused on delivering leads. I feel strongly you personally turned it around.

Is PPC Vibe a fit for you?
I work with a small number of clients at a time, so it helps to be upfront about where I add the most value — and where I’m probably not your best option.
Likely a fit if you…
- ✓
Invest — or are ready to invest — around £3k+/month in paid search.
- ✓
Sell a product or service people already want, with room to grow profitably .
- ✓
Care about profit and quality of results — not just clicks and impressions.
- ✓
Want a senior specialist running your account directly , with clear written updates instead of endless meetings.
- ✓
Are happy to share what a good lead or sale looks like , so I can optimise to what makes you money.
Probably not if you…
- —
Want to test with a few hundred pounds a month.
- —
Expect guaranteed or overnight results .
- —
Need SEO, social, content and creative handled too — I focus purely on paid search.
- —
Prefer daily calls and constant check-ins to async, senior delivery.
- —
Want the cheapest management going rather than the best return on your spend.
Two practical basics either way: you’ll need a website that can convert the visitors we send — it doesn’t have to be fancy, just fit for purpose — and to be happy adding conversion tracking to it so we can measure what’s actually working. I’ll guide you through both.
Management questions
The practical things people ask before starting a retainer.
What is the commitment?
A three-month initial term — long enough to fix the foundations and let the account’s learning settle — then 30-day rolling. After the initial period you can leave with 30 days’ notice, any time, and you keep full ownership of every account, asset and historical record . Nothing is held hostage.
Do I need to buy the audit first?
No. Every retainer includes a full technical audit as part of onboarding — you don’t pay for it separately. If you’d rather start with just the audit and no commitment, it’s £495 as a standalone; and if you go on to a retainer within 60 days, I credit the full £495 to your first month. Either way, becoming a client never costs you extra for the audit.
Will I work with you, or someone else?
Only me. No account managers, no junior hand-offs. The person you meet on the call is the person in your account making the decisions and the changes.
What if the real problem is outside Google Ads?
I’ll tell you directly. Campaign management can’t compensate indefinitely for a weak offer, a poor landing page, broken tracking or a sales process that doesn’t convert viable leads. Where those issues are holding performance back, I’ll explain what needs to change — and what falls outside my scope — rather than quietly billing you for more account changes that won’t fix it.
What access do you need?
The minimum permissions needed for the agreed work — usually standard Google Ads access, plus appropriate access to GA4, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center or Microsoft Ads where relevant. The accounts stay yours , and access can be revoked at any time.
What reporting do I get?
A live dashboard you can check 24/7, a short written snapshot each week, and a monthly review focused on commercial results — profit, lead quality and revenue — rather than a wall of platform activity.
How often will we actually speak?
Delivery is async-first, with a monthly review — recorded or live. Additional calls happen when a material issue genuinely needs discussion, rather than becoming a standing weekly obligation. The point is to give you your time back, not fill your calendar.
Do you produce ads, landing pages and creative?
Ad copy and creative direction are included. Static-image production can be quoted separately; video, brand photography and substantial landing-page development are supplied by your team or another specialist. I’ll always advise on what the landing page and creative need to do — building them just isn’t part of the core paid-search scope.
Do you need my sales or lead-quality data?
Where possible, yes — it’s how I get Google optimising toward revenue and good customers instead of cheap conversions. The more I can see about what a good lead or sale looks like, the better the account performs.
How quickly can we start?
I’ll confirm the available start date before you sign. Where capacity is open, onboarding normally begins shortly after the agreement, payment and account access are in place — foundations first, so we build on solid ground rather than rushing to change things.
